This summer I ventured into product photography, beyond photographing my own products.  I had the pleasure of working with the lovely ladies Sandra and Jennifer of JenSan Candles.  Sandra was looking to update their shop with some fresh images and I was happy to help.

I photographed their new line of Essential Oil Soy candles as well as some yummy-smelling pillar candles.  To make the images pop, I shot them against a clean white background.

    Thank you Shannon! You did an amazing job photographing our products. Our shop looks fantastic and we are already seeing an improvement in visits and sales. We will definitely be coming back to you to photograph some more products.

    if this is your first try at product photography then you have done amazingly i love the use of props and just one tip if you use a grey card for the white balance it will get rid of the slight colour cast that in this case looks good actually as gives a nice warm feel to all the pic

    You did a real nice job on your photo shoot. Taking a the picture with a white back ground does make the candles stand out. Good Job
